By using VidSyntax ("the Service"), including the Chrome extension, web dashboard, and API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

VidSyntax provides AI-powered analysis of YouTube videos, including content quality scoring, hook analysis, structure detection, keyword intelligence, and retention tactic identification. The Service is designed for content creators studying competitor videos and optimizing their content strategy.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for personal content research and analysis
• Do not use automated tools to mass-analyze videos beyond normal usage
• Do not redistribute or resell analysis data
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis system
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service when using data from our analysis

Service Tiers

• Anonymous: Limited to 3 analyses per day
• Free (registered): Up to 10 analyses per day, saved to dashboard
• Pro: Unlimited analyses with full feature access

Limitations

• Analysis accuracy depends on transcript availability and quality
• AI-generated insights are suggestions, not guarantees
• Service availability may be affected by third-party API limits
• We reserve the right to modify rate limits and features

Intellectual Property

Video content analyzed through VidSyntax remains the property of its original creators. VidSyntax's AI-generated analysis and insights are provided for your personal use. The VidSyntax name, logo, and software are our intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or insight provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
